Neil Peck, Founder, has been building and renovating homes for more
than 30 years. He began S. N. Peck Builder, Inc. in 1981 and has completed
more than 600 architect–designed custom projects in the Chicago area. He has
a BA in Political Science and History.

Barbara Rose has been executive officer of the firm for 19 years. She
has been a manager in building services and public administration. Her BA is
in Sociology and her MS in Counseling and Psychotherapy.
Marcia Jo Hundt presides over our Case
Design and Remodeling company as well as performs the responsibilities of
Director of Finance and Administration. She brings more than 20 years
experience in the Travel and Leisure industry.
Paula Bernstein, Director of Production and Estimating, has more than
20 years management experience in the demanding, ever changing technology
field.
S. N . Peck Builder's managers embrace
many disciplines including scheduling,
estimating, systems administration, time
and project management.
Joe Putignano, a licensed architect and
Project Manager.
He has been a senior project manager for a national retailer and has
renovated upper-bracket homes in Chicago.
Iola
Alexander, Director of Human Resources, manages our commitment to staff
growth and development.
Our foremen are superb craftsmen and have many years of experience. They are responsible
for supervising our carpentry crews and for coordinating the work of the
subcontractors while on the job. A foreman will be assigned full-time to
each major project from start to finish.
Our crew consists of fine carpenters and their apprentices. Quality is
assured by careful planning, by our in-house semi-monthly training sessions
and by the close supervision of our highly experienced project managers.

commitment. We use Hester
Decorating, who have been
offering high-end decorating services since 1968.
