Architect-designed remodeling is the specialty of S. N. Peck Builder, Inc.

Since our inception in 1981, we have completed more than 500 projects, approximately three-fourths private residences, primarily in the lakefront communities from Hyde Park to Lake Forest.

When our customers began telling us they could not find people to do repair and maintenance of the same quality as our work, we began searching for solutions. In the year 2000 we found one. We purchased a franchise from Case Handyman Services, an award-winning, 40 year-old industry pioneer of the design/build concept and professional handyman services. In partnership with them we have the benefit of nearly a century remodeling experience on staff.

Our two companies are fully capable of meeting all our clients’ building, renovation, maintenance, and repair needs for their homes and work places.
